Log In To Sisense for Cloud Data Teams

Log in Without SSO

To access Sisense for Cloud Data teams, navigate to app.periscopedata.com. Then, enter email address and password and click Login.

If the user inputted the incorrect username or password, then the following error message will appear, 'Wrong user name and/or password. Please try again.'.

To reset a password, click on 'Forgot your password?', then the following message appear and an email will be sent with a new password.

Log In With SSO

To access to Sisense for Cloud Data teams with SSO enabled, navigate to app.periscopedata.com. Then, enter email address and click Login.

If the user is not authenticated, then the following error message will appear, 'Wrong user name and/or password. Please try again.'.

Logout

CDT customers who do not have SSO (Single Sign On) set up within their CDT environment will be logged out after 72 hours of inactivity. The forced logout threshold greatly reduces the risk of unintentional data exposure if the device you are using is shared amongst others and the session remains active on that device. Additionally, longer sessions consume server resources (memory, connections) for a more extended period, potentially impacting system performance and scalability.

If time outs of lower thresholds are required, Sisense recommends that customers make use of their internal SSO capability for self-management. Single Sign On (SSO) allows admins to set up session timeout settings on their own, outside of Sisense’s purview. Should you have any additional questions, please refer to our SSO documentation.
